The three day NFI certification review and exam will be taught by Arizona Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Executive Director Larry Grogan at RW Specialties office. The certification course will be split into three days, with gas on July 14, wood on July 15 and pellet on July 16. Please arrive at the location by 7:30 am. Class begins promptly at 8:00 am.

Attendees have the option to attend one or all days of certification. The fee includes NFI Wood, Gas or Pellet exam, current reference manual, 6 hour review, and lunch.

Your manual will be mailed to you usually within a week of registration. Attendees should try to register as soon as possible to enure they have time to read and study the manual before the exam. The review class reviews the entire manual and does not review specifically what's on the exam.

Upon completion, and with a passing grade, candidates will receive NFI Certification credentials, including ID cards with photograph and listing on the NFI website. Certificates are good for three years and, with appropriate CEU’s earned, can be renewed indefinitely. Candidates who do not earn the required CEU’s for renewal have the opportunity to retest at a reduced cost.
