Come to this event if you are interested in becoming NFI certified or renewing your NFI certification. We will be offering a live review class for the NFI Hearth Design Master, Gas, Core, Wood and Pellet. The price will include the manual, an online review class, the live review class, and the exam, and lunch.

You need to pass the core exam and a specific gas, wood, or pellet to be NFI Certified in gas, wood, or pelletIf you are currently certified in one of the fuels then you do not need to take the core again to get a second certification. Just pass that exam.

New this year, we'll have business and technical classes available to members at no cost. There will be CEUs for these classes.

It takes about one week from the date the registration is processed to get the manual delivered via USPS, so please order as soon as you can.

Please note, we will need to get at least 5 students per class to do a live review class. If not, you may take the exam when we are doing any of the exams or take it online at your convenience.

If you would like to purchase just the exam, a manual, or do a retest, please contact Larry Grogan at rmhpba@outlook.com or 480-772-2169 for pricing and availability. He is also available for any questions.

Course #1: Make it Easy: How to sell more by eliminating customer confusion

There is an epidemic in our industry. Hearth companies are confusing customers out of buying their products every year by the thousands. The worst part is that most companies don’t even realize it–because it’s all that they’ve known.

It’s the truth, hearth companies are confusing customers every day with:

• Confusing websites

• Insider language

• Complicated sales processes

• Difficult price quotes

• Ineffective marketing

But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can take control of your business and make it simple for customers to buy from you.

This course will show you how to:

1. Cut out all of the noise that’s confusing your customers (you may not know it, but this is everywhere in your business)

2. Reframe your messaging to only talk about what solves your customers’ problems (most hearth companies are getting this wrong)

3. Create tools that make it radically easy for your team to sell to those customers (they will sell more than ever if you can do this)

Your company can take control and win more customers than ever. This course will show you the pitfalls that hearth companies are blind to because they are too close to what they do.

Don’t waste another year doing the same old thing–letting your business run you! Rather, grow your business like never before, create a framework that can easily scale, maximize your marketing dollars, and make the money that you have always wanted.

Course #2: Selling to Today’s Consumer: 7 Steps to radically grow your business by empowering your Sales Team to win

Most hearth companies are losing money every year because of ineffective sales techniques- largely due to lack of training. The fact is that businesses do not have a consistent sales process that is used to guarantee a delightful customer experience. Also, this lack of a formal process makes it nearly impossible to train and retain salespeople, leading to frustration and burnout on all fronts.

This class will teach your Sales Team seven steps to move the needle immediately in regards to their effectiveness on the sales floor and give you a road map to continue their growth in the coming months. By the end of the class your team will understand these three critical aspects of Sales:

• How to motivate and harness a customer’s momentum with a consistent sales process

• Why customers want to be asked for the sale (and how to do it)

• How to follow up with customers for higher close rates and repeat business

Most businesses in our industry have no structure in regards to this, resulting in a team of “great information givers” and “mediocre salespeople”. In addition, the companies who are fortunate enough to have good salespeople have no way to constantly replicate their success so that their business can scale. The answer is simpler than you think.

Your company can win the Sales Game if you understand these principles. This class is not theory, but rather, proven practices that have helped companies go from sub-million to multi-million dollar operations in only a few years. Take control of your Sales Process and serve more customers than you ever thought possible—your team members (and your wallet) will thank you for it.
